Certified PCC coach (ICF), senior executive coach (AECOP) using the CORAOPS © method, Selma is a partner in GLS, a company specializing in training and developing social and emotional skills in organizations and work teams, for both adults and children. She holds a degree in Law (CEU University), an International Master’s in Business Administration and Management (Madrid Business Institute), and has 12 years’ experience in process consultancy and HR. She currently focuses her work on executive coaching; training and developing social and emotional skills, in both executive and educational environments. With regards to the training element of her work, she shares her time between teaching the Executive Emotional Intelligence Programme at the CEU and participating in projects which implement the development of social and emotional skills in educational establishments. She also participates in training and executive coaching to foster talent among professionals and organizations in business environments.
Raquel Rodríguez-Carvajal has a Degree and European Doctorate from the Autónoma University of Madrid. She studied for her Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology at the same university and she is currently carrying out the duties of sub-director on the Expert Qualification course of Psychological and Social Intervention in Crises, Emergencies, and Catastrophes. Her main lines of research are centred on personality, self-regulation processes, and positive psychology in the study of the processes of personal and professional stress and health.
He has a Degree in Science from the University of Navarra, and MBA from the University of Deusto, a Diploma in International Management from INSEAD, and a Doctorate in Psychology from the Autónoma University of Barcelona. He received a gold medal from the Chamber of Commerce. He is an expert in stress reduction through Mindfulness or Full Awareness (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, reaching the rank of Certified Professor.
Founding partner of GLS, a company specializing in training and developing social and emotional skills in organizations and work teams, for both adults and children. She has 20 years’ experience in the development of social and emotional skills, designing performance improvement programmes and carrying out management of change projects in different sectors. She is the director of the emotional intelligence programme at the Zola Group. Co-author of the book “Become an Expert in Emotional Intelligence”.
Fernando Iglesias is CEO and founder of Madavi, a company which centres on business transformation and organization culture, as well as developing people and teams by using Appreciative Investigations as the base philosophy. He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from ICAI, and an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) Business School, an institution where he taught for five years. He is author of several articles and co-author of the book “Memory of the Future, The Art of Reinventing Yourself”. Senior Coach certified by AECOP.
Psychologist coach certified by the Official College of Psychologists (COPC – initials in Spanish). An expert in relational coaching, he has created the Relational Transformational Model (MTR – initials in Spanish). He has a Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Environmental Intervention, and a Diploma in Hospitality Management (UB). He is director of the programme Advanced Management in Human Resources – Development of People’s Potential at ESADE. He is co-author of the book “Powerful Relationships”.
Steven Poelmans (Lic. Psi Org; M. Marketing Mgt; Ph.D Mgt, Postgrad Neurosciences) is Professor of Neuroscience and Strategic Leadership at Antwerp Management School and EADA Business School, and Founder of NeuroTrainingLab. He has trained managers at IMF, Nestlé, Pfizer, Henkel, Randstad, Novartis, JTI, Ernst & Young, Cemex, Telefónica and Santander. He has worked as a consultant for Roche Diagnostics, Nike Iberia, Google and Mango. He has carried out over 250 coaching procedures with managers in over 20 countries.
With a Degree in Information Science, Elena has worked for fourteen years as a television director for different producing companies and media companies. She is currently Partner and Director of ZENWorking, a consultancy company specialized in coaching and wellness training. A large part of her professional work for the last few years has been focused on allowing, through different techniques, people and organizations to gain wellbeing, which in turn makes it easier for them to achieve physical, work, and emotional balance. Elena is a PCC professional coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and by the COROAPS © Method. She is trained as a NLP Coach by the IPH (The Human Potential Institute), Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) by the IEPNL (The Spanish Institute of Neuro-linguistic Programming) , and teacher of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) at the Hispanic EFT Association, AHEFT (initials in Spanish). Elena combines her activity as a coach with teaching: she is Associate Professor of the Superior Course in Executive Coaching as well as supervising the certifying of coaches at the Executive Coaching Institute COROAPS. She also teaches EFT courses in different contexts and institutions. She runs a radio programme on ZENworking coaching and personal and professional development on radio3w.com. She is co-author of “Become an Expert in Emotional Intelligence” Desclée de Brouwer.
