Sergi will share with us how to transform an Organisation by both strategically defining where we want to be in the mid run, and at the same time how to get there. Secondly, we will see how to align everybody to the same aspirational objective, by proactively driving the culture through placing the real talent in the middle of the equation. Sergi García-Preckler is an Industrial Engineer (Barcelona), master in HR Direction (ESADE), PDD (IESE), and Executive Master in HR Leadership (RUTGERS, NewYork).
He was an HR Director for Sony in Spain, later VicePresident at Sony Europe and member of the HR Board at Sony Corporation in Tokyo, with visibility over 165K people.
He is an expert in Change Leadership and he is currently Managing Partner at mtH-3, where they help CEO’s to proactively drive their Companies’ cultures so that people in these organisations are all aligned to the same aspirational objective, being able to contribute to something else that just the shareholders.
He recently joined Fanautic –a ‘Sharing Economy’ Sailing Club- as Managing Partner, with the aim of helping both consolidate its success and design its growing strategy.
Sergi is very enthusiastic and rigorous at the same time, feeling real passion for everything he does.
