In this course, participants will learn to perform a complete analysis in the Excel spreadsheet of a real estate asset both from the perspective of an equity investor (shareholder, owner) or a debt investor (lender). Financial modeling will help us to make decisions based on the profitability-risk binomial and in different market scenarios.
During the course, students will receive Excel templates that they can use in the future to model different types of real estate assets, especially: residential, offices, shopping centers, hotels and logistics warehouses.
