Focused Programme in Financial Modelling
In the financial field, powerful models have been designed and built using a variety of methodologies and effective spreadsheet management.
Today, these financial models are indispensable for the performance of activities such as those related to valuating companies, structuring project finance investments, designing leveraged operations, etc.
They promote better and more effective decision-making in operations such as the purchase and sale of companies, debt operations, refinancing, and investment projects, among others.
This course analyses and develops the advanced techniques most commonly used in the design and structuring of financial projection models.
The Financial Modelling Focused Programme is of special interest to the following profiles:
Professionals who wish to broaden and improve their knowledge in the management of the different techniques aimed at the construction of financial projection models, and more particularly, of financial models for the assessment and valuation of investments, project finance and structuring of leveraged purchase operations.
The programme consists of 3 modules.
The course will be given in a very practical way, through different case studies and the continuous use of Excel.
Investment and Project Analysis Manager in the Financial Department of Acciona Energía. Prior to this, he worked for Cintra as a financial analyst in transport infrastructure, and for EUFER (Enel Unión Fenosa Renovables), also as an investment analyst on renewable energy projects. Fernando has a Degree in Economics from the Madrid Complutense University, and he studied for his Master’s in the Stock Exchange and Financial Markets at the IEB.
Senior Financial Analyst at Acciona Energía. Before this, he worked in the Structured Finance Department of SunEdison and in Risk Management for Repsol. Rafael has a Degree in Business Management and Administration from the Madrid Complutense University, and a Master’s in the Stock Exchange and Finance from the AFI Finance School.
