Consultant of Companies in the ICT Sector, with special focus on the Internet of Things (IoT). In 2011 he made the leap to Latin America by becoming ICT Director in the Healthcare Sector in Ecuador and later Manager of Operations and Business Development until 2016. He began his career from the base in the 061 Service of Castilla-La Mancha, passing through different technical and management positions between 1999 and 2007, to become Head of the Information Technology Service. Subsequently, he led the Telecommunications and Infrastructure Department of the Health Service of Castilla-La Mancha. He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Jaén and a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management in Business from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Vice President of Teslon Technologies LTD, a company that creates hardware and software developments applied to healthcare and the Internet of Things (IoT). Previously, he worked for 21 years at Cisco Systems (1995-2016) as Sales and Business Development Manager in the Healthcare business for Europe, Africa, Middle East, Russia and Latin America. He also held different positions at IBM and Memorex Telex. He has been a speaker at global events such as HIMSS, RSNA, WoHIT, Gartner Group, IDC and Forrester. He has been an associate professor at the European Business Institution and CEU San Pablo University. He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Area Manager HUAWEI Spain. He previously worked for 13 years as Area Manager for Cisco Systems in Spain, starting in 2004. He holds a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Technical Manager at SPEC Smart Project Excellence Centre. Between 2013 and 2016 he worked for Entelgy Group as Chief Innovation Officer and manager of the Public Sector Business Unit. Previously, between 2006 and 2012, he was Director of Public Administration and Director of the South Office of the Novasoft Group. Between 2002 and 2005, he was also Director General of the Sociedad Andaluza para el Desarrollo de la Sociedad de la Información (SADESI). He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales in Seville and an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Desarrollo Empresarial.
