It seems that looking at the positive side of things is not easy. Inner voices place us in different realities, calling us delusional or unrealistic; Or the social environment wants us to find ourselves in the worst case scenario.
In contexts of these characteristics, the search for happiness becomes very difficult and the recourse to ephemeral evasions, cynical solutions, chemical remedies do not seem to help us achieve that long-awaited happiness.
Negative as well as positive emotions are very contagious and can be a heavy burden or one of the most effective drivers of teamwork. However, acquiring positive habits requires learning and unlearning a lot.
