Ignacio Alcalde Marcos
Urban architect with 3 decades of experience in urban transformation and territorial development. He has participated in the drafting of the New Spanish Urban Agenda, he has been vice president of the Metropolis Foundation. It works in partnership with different entities such as UN Habitat or Tecnalia, one of the main European technological centers.
Some works in which he has held responsibilities have won international awards such as the European Prize for Urbanism on 4 occasions, the global prize for the most innovative idea in Smart City Expo 2015 in Barcelona or the global award for the best urban project in 2017 by the Association International Urbanists.
