More than 22 years of managerial experience in top-level multinational companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg Company or Grupo IFA, where he has held positions of General, Commercial and Business Development Manager. More than 17 years of teaching experience.
At the educational level, Carlos has a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University, an MBA from IESE and is a Co-Active CTI Coach.

Javier Ontiveros Benito
Director CEO Quid Qualitas. Expert in Marketing, Sales, Customer&Employee Experience and Coach executive. Certificate in model i4 of Neuroleadership. Vice president of the AEC Customer Experience Committee. Degree in Mathematical Sciences specialising Statistics and Operational Research and Methodology of Mathematics. Over 20 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, Sales Consultancy and Human Resources Management.
