First Workshop: The influencer leader in agile organizations
The Economist has published that, according to the University of Oxford, 47% of the jobs, as we know them, will disappear in the next 20 years. This Question is not new. In fact, in recent years we have experienced an acceleration of changes of all kinds and in organizations the word we hear the most is Transformation.
I do not know if they are good or bad news, but what is true is that it is a call to be and influence in a different way in our teams, as well as in other situations with which we collaborate. But the fundamental change requires a different coping of our development and learning not only of new knowledge and techniques but also in the acquisition of new skills.
Organizations are changing their way of attracting and retaining talent, selecting team members who are trustworthy, flexible and capable of influencing and building trusting relationships with their interest groups in order to build an innovative, collaborative and intra-enterprise culture within their organization.
This workshop is aimed at Understanding leadership as the ability to influence others, is already a reality, regardless of the level in the scale of the organization.
Performing a dynamic session and learning how to consciously work on the ability to influence the team is the goal of this experiential workshop.
